These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to your use of UricLabs, which is operated by Wyecom X LLC. Browsing the Store or submitting an order means you accept them.

Who may order

You need to be capable of entering a binding agreement in order to buy from us. Every order is subject to our acceptance and to stock being available. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, and where we do so after payment, we refund it in full.

Products, prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars and can be revised at any time. While we take care over the accuracy of our listings, we do not guarantee that descriptions, prices, or other material on the Store are free from error; we may correct mistakes and cancel any order affected by them. Payment is taken at checkout.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

Health notice

UricLabs products are dietary supplements. They are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Speak to your doctor before taking our products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are on medication, have a diagnosed medical condition, or are managing gout or elevated uric acid. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use and seek advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

Permitted use and ownership

You agree not to abuse the Store or to interfere with rights belonging to us. The content, design, branding, and the UricLabs name are the property of Wyecom X LLC or its licensors, and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

Exclusions and limits on liability

So far as the law allows, the Store and the products sold through it are supplied on an "as is" basis. Wyecom X LLC accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability on any claim will not exceed the sum you paid for the product concerned.

Applicable law

These Terms are construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, disregarding its conflict-of-laws provisions.

Amendments and contact
