Destinations we serve
We despatch orders worldwide. A small number of remote locations may fall outside our carriers' networks or attract a surcharge.
How long it takes
Orders are generally prepared and delivered inside 7-10 business days. Deliveries outside the United States can run longer once customs inspection and local carrier handling are taken into account. Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Delivery charges
Any shipping charge is worked out and displayed at checkout, before you pay.
Import duties and taxes
Parcels sent outside the United States may attract import duty, tax, or customs handling fees imposed by the receiving country. Charges of this kind are payable by the recipient and are not covered by the price you pay us or by our delivery charge.
Missing, delayed, or undeliverable parcels
Where a parcel is running badly late or looks to have gone astray, contact support@uriclabs.com and we will chase it with the carrier. Orders sent back to us as undeliverable can either be despatched again, which may incur a further delivery charge, or refunded.
